Thank you for your interest. The consultation period concluded and all responses were reported back to the Councillors, who adopted the Strategy at the meeting on 7 April 2009.

Mosman Council’s new Community Engagement Strategy contains three key approaches to community engagement – inform, consult, involve.

The aim is to achieve a broader range of views to assist Council in planning services better to meet community needs and aspirations and to provide residents greater opportunities to contribute to and influence outcomes which directly affect their lives.

The intention is to harness the benefits of on-line engagement whilst retaining the best of print and face-to-face consultation.

In keeping with the principles underpinning the strategy Council is seeking your opinions on the strategy itself.

This website provides a version of the Community Engagement Strategy against which you can make comment.
